This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which TrueWeld Quality Assurance LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) may provide refunds for services rendered or products sold. It is intended to establish clear expectations between our business and our clients, and to comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

 

 

 

 

2. Scope

 

 

This policy applies to all inspection, consultation, training, and related services provided by TrueWeld Quality Assurance LLC, as well as any physical or digital materials sold in the course of business.

 

 

 

 

3. General Policy

 

 

Because our services are professional, labor-based, and often tailored to specific client needs, refunds are generally not offered once services have been rendered or materials delivered. However, exceptions may apply as outlined below.

 

 

 

 

4. Eligibility for Refund

 

 

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

 

  1. Service Not Provided: If we fail to deliver a scheduled service due to our own fault or cancellation.

  2. Defective or Incorrect Product: If a physical product is defective or not as described.

  3. Prepaid Services: If a prepaid service is canceled by the client at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled service date, a full refund may be issued minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.

  4. Legal Requirement: If applicable law mandates a refund.

 

 

No refund will be issued for:

 

  • Client dissatisfaction due to misunderstanding of service scope after work is completed.

  • Results not meeting subjective expectations when the service was performed according to agreed specifications.

  • Cancellations made less than 5 business days before a scheduled service.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Refund Request Process

 

 

To request a refund:

 

  1. Submit a written request to info@trueweldqualityassurance.com within 7 calendar days of the service date or product delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Full name and contact information

    • Service or product purchased

    • Reason for refund request

    • Any supporting documentation (photos, reports, receipts, etc.)

We will review all requests and respond in writing within 10 business days.

 

 

 

 

6. Refund Method

 

 

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

 

 

 

 

7. Dispute Resolution

 

 

If a refund request is denied and the client disputes the outcome, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

 

 

 

 

8. Changes to This Policy
